• You will assemble, set up and commission punching and bending tools
• Maintenance, repair and servicing of the tools form part of your daily tasks
• You provide on-site support to production in the event of tool problems and process issues
• You identify potential for optimisation in the tools and put forward suggestions for improvement
• You analyse faults in punching and bending tools and rectify them professionally
• You check tools for wear and replace wear parts as required
• You will carry out adjustment and alignment work on the tools independently
• You will document maintenance and repair work carried out
• You will assist with the set-up and changeover of punching and bending tools
• You check the quality of the manufactured parts and ensure consistent process reliability

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a toolmaker (m/f/d), specialising in stamping and forming technology
• You have several years’ professional experience as a toolmaker in stamping and forming technology
• Experience with Bihler technology, particularly in the small-dimension range, would be an advantage
• You are characterised by your reliability and ability to work as part of a team
