• You will manufacture tools and jigs for punching technology independently and on your own initiative
• You will professionally repair defective or worn punching tools and jigs
• Using technical drawings and specifications, you will machine tool components and assemble them into fully functional tools
• You will machine workpieces using conventional machine tools such as milling, turning and grinding machines
• You coordinate new tools with the relevant colleagues and departments and commission them
• You test and optimise tools on automatic punching machines such as eccentric presses or Bihler machines
• You will inspect, service and maintain machines, plant and operational equipment, including pneumatic components
• You will carefully document the work carried out, including on a computer

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a toolmaker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in operating automatic punching machines such as eccentric presses or Bihler machines, as well as in toolmaking
• You can read technical drawings and confidently implement the specifications
• Knowledge of pneumatics and IT skills would be an advantage
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work a two-shift system
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
