• You will be responsible for urban land-use planning for the preparation and amendment of development plans and the land-use plan
• You will develop planning concepts and urban development designs independently and with a professional eye
• You will carefully and soundly prepare planning law statements as part of building permit procedures
• You will provide citizens and investors with reliable advice on planning law issues

• You have a degree in urban planning, urban design or spatial planning with a focus on urban planning or in architecture with a focus on urban planning
• Practical knowledge of urban land use planning is an advantage for you, as is professional experience in administration or in working with public administration
• Good knowledge of general urban planning law according to the German Building Code (BauGB) is part of your profile, Knowledge of LBO SH building regulations will benefit you
• You are confident with MS Office and CAD
• You have a fluent command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by a careful, team-oriented, negotiating, reliable and responsible way of working
