• You have completed a qualification as a social worker (m/f/d), sociologist (m/f/d), educator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you have experience in advising individuals, organisations and small and medium-sized enterprises
• you also have a good understanding of the vocational training system and current developments within it
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
