Job description

  • You will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable learning strategies and digital training modules to support continuous learning for all staff in the service department
  • You will also be responsible for establishing and sustainably maintaining cross-organisational learning pathways as well as new training concepts for the various internal target groups
  • Furthermore, you will ensure a consistent visual identity in line with the corporate identity for the entire training catalogue and all curricula on offer
  • Full responsibility for the project management of digital learning modules, from the initial idea through to roll-out, is also part of your day-to-day duties

Requirements
