• You prepare the loading instructions for dispatch and coordinate them with the relevant departments
• You draw up and check transport documents, including customs paperwork, carefully and in full
• You plan the optimal loading of lorries, taking into account the permissible load limits
• You ensure that loads are properly secured and check this before departure
• As the link between dispatch and production planning, you coordinate information and processes
• You check stock levels and product availability and report any discrepancies
• You enter and maintain dispatch orders in the system and document goods issued using MS Office and the relevant systems
• You liaise with hauliers, drivers and internal departments to clarify queries regarding collection times and deliveries

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have experience in dispatch or logistics
• You have good IT skills, particularly in MS Office
• Fluency in spoken and written German is essential
• Knowledge of other languages is desirable and would be to your advantage
• You are willing to work shifts between 06:00 and 22:00
• You are meticulous and work in a structured manner when preparing transport and customs documents
• As the link between dispatch and work planning, you excel in communication and teamwork
• A sense of responsibility and reliability when dealing with load securing and load limits come naturally to you
