• You will manage the entire transport process whilst adhering to schedule requirements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective route planning at all times, working independently
• You will also be responsible for the precise scheduling and monitoring of routes, and for allocating orders directly to the relevant vehicles
• You will also oversee the correct completion of routes in the system and ensure a reliable and structured handover to the relevant delivery coordinators
• The careful archiving of collection slips and various delivery receipts is also one of your regular and important tasks within the daily logistics processes
• As part of your role, you will assist with the continuous optimisation of operational processes and work closely with the other specialist departments involved
• Furthermore, you will support proactive communication with customers and drivers, to ensure that all transport operations run smoothly at all times
• Finally, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and safety guidelines when processing all transport orders, and you always document these processes in full

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or Transport Services Clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in transport planning and are thoroughly familiar with the specific requirements of the logistics sector
• Your solid knowledge of standard IT systems, combined with a quick grasp of complex software applications in the field of transport management, sets you apart as a qualified candidate
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, combined with a basic knowledge of English, enables you to communicate smoothly with all international partners involved
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of organisational skill and assertiveness, enabling you to maintain an overview of all route planning processes even in stressful situations
• Finally, you are extremely resilient and always work in a structured, reliably and independently to ensure the optimal fulfilment of your daily tasks as part of a team
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
