Job description
- You will be responsible for analysing and independently clarifying incorrect or incomplete travel expense reports received in the system for the various specialist departments

Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in the field of travel expense accounting or have already gained relevant knowledge in a comparable commercial activity
- You have a sound knowledge of IT skills such as the MS Office package and ideally initial experience with common ERP systems or accounting software.systems or billing software characterise you in particular
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as a precise way of expressing yourself for internal communication with all parties involved are a matter of course for you
- Furthermore, you bring a high degree of conscientiousness and a pronounced affinity for numbers, to process complex accounting transactions accurately and on time
- Finally, you are a reliable team member and always work in a structured manner and independently on the tasks assigned to you within the finance department
