• You carry out crown maintenance, pruning and the removal of dead wood to eliminate diseased or dead branches
• Using rope access techniques, you can safely reach every branch in the tree crown
• Along roads, pavements and buildings, you will restore public safety and clear up storm damage
• You will fell trees in sections at confined or hard-to-access locations where aerial work platforms cannot be used
• To stabilise weakened or unstable branches, you install ropes and straps to secure the crown
• You inspect trees for damage, fungal infestation and diseases in order to implement appropriate maintenance measures
• When working at height, you use hand saws or chainsaws professionally, depending on your qualifications
• You regularly check your climbing and safety equipment to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
• You remove any prunings and deadwood professionally and ensure the site is cleared

• You have successfully completed a qualification as a forester (m/f/d), horticulturist and landscape gardener (m/f/d) or arborist (m/f/d)
• You hold a valid qualification in rope access techniques, ideally SKT-A and SKT-B
• You have experience in the safe use of hand saws and chainsaws at height
• You are not afraid of heights and are physically fit when working at height
• You have a basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
• You demonstrate a strong safety awareness when climbing and felling trees
• You handle your climbing and safety equipment with care and responsibility
• Teamwork and communication skills are essential for on-site collaboration
• You are willing to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
