• You plan and coordinate the deployment of lorry drivers and vehicles and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• In scheduling and route planning, you take customer requests, loading times and legal requirements into account
• You closely monitor ongoing transport processes and adjust them if necessary
• You communicate with drivers on a daily basis, customers and clients and keep everyone involved up to date
• you reliably prepare transport documents and carefully document relevant information
• you actively support day-to-day business problems and find pragmatic solutions
• you regularly check the condition of the vehicles and compliance with all regulations

• Experience as a dispatcher (m/f/d), ideally in the lorry or freight forwarding sector, you already have
• good geographical knowledge and a strong understanding of efficient route and tour planning
• your knowledge of freight forwarding software and MS Office is desirable
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• organisational talent and a quick grasp of things make your day-to-day work easier
