• You fit and remove tyres from cars and lorries professionally in accordance with specifications
• After fitting, you carefully balance the wheels
• You check tyres and rims for visible damage and ensure they are correctly fitted before they are returned to customers
• When changing wheels on a vehicle, you tighten the wheel nuts in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
• You store wheels and tyres correctly and label them clearly
• You prepare tools, fitting equipment and materials for the tasks at hand
• In your day-to-day work, you handle wheels and tyres safely, whilst observing the applicable health and safety regulations
• You keep your workstation clean and assist your colleagues in maintaining the workshop’s tidiness and order

• You have some initial practical experience in tyre fitting
• You have good to very good written and spoken German
• You are characterised by a high level of physical stamina and manual dexterity
• You work reliably and meticulously
• You are motivated and keen to learn, and can start as a trainee even without having completed a formal apprenticeship
• You are permanently resident in Germany
• A valid work permit is required
