• You plan, carry out and document qualification processes for production facilities, equipment and test equipment
• You will continuously create and maintain qualification documents, such as IQ, OQ and PQ, as well as validation plans, test reports and final reports
• You will define qualification strategies and establish acceptance criteria
• You assess changes in terms of their impact on the qualified status of the systems
• You plan and carry out re-qualifications, process validations, risk analyses, test series and design-of-experiments
• You will draw up maintenance plans in consultation with the relevant departments
• In addition, you will identify and evaluate critical process parameters and quality characteristics
• You carry out statistical analyses, evaluate process and quality data, and ensure long-term process stability and process capability
• You will liaise on matters relating to qualification and validation in close collaboration with Production, Quality Assurance, Development and Maintenance

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, process engineering, natural sciences or a comparable technical discipline
• You have experience in carrying out equipment qualification and process validation, as well as in conducting risk analyses and applying quality methods such as FMEA
• Several years’ professional experience in the fields of qualification, validation or manufacturing engineering would be an advantage
• Your knowledge of statistical methods for process analysis and evaluation, such as Cp/Cpk, SPC, MSA or DoE, is an asset
• You are fully proficient in MS Office and, ideally, in statistical and data analysis software such as BlueSky Statistics
• You have a good knowledge of Office 365 and SAP
• Fluency in German (C1) and a very good command of English (at least B2) are part of your profile
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate both within and across sites are among your strengths
