• You handle dispatch and customer complaints in a structured manner
• You systematically investigate process deviations
• You check dangerous goods consignments and carefully document the results
• You manage special deliveries and ad hoc journeys with dedication
• You check dispatch lists and stock takes conscientiously
• You handle clarification cases and DoIT cases, such as damage or overages, in a goal-oriented manner
• You link and track outstanding orders until they are fully processed

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you will have gained experience in logistics
• you are confident using MS Office
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
