• You will be responsible for the daily scheduling and efficient route planning of our modern fleet for the smooth processing of all upcoming transport orders
• In addition, you will be responsible for the careful processing of orders in the system and for entering all relevant master data
• You will also be responsible for advising customers by telephone on all questions relating to their logistics orders
• The administrative handling of all logistics processes and the creation of transport documents are also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your job, you actively support the entire team in coordinating short-term changes in the daily operations
• Finally, you are responsible for monitoring adherence to deadlines and close coordination with the drivers in the event of deviations in the transport process

• You have completed vocational training as a businessman (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or clerk (m/f/d) for office management
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the dispatching of motor vehicles and a strong understanding of logistical processes
• You have a sound knowledge of common MS Officeapplications and in specific route planning systems
• You have a native level of written and spoken German to ensure clear communication with all parties involved
• You also have a high level of organisational skills, team spirit as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany for this responsible position
