• You will operate the paint booth, including the pre-heating oven and the power-and-free conveyor
• You will also prepare the parts for powder coating and mask off the relevant areas in accordance with instructions/specifications
• You will carry out filling work on recesses and surface irregularities, followed by sanding
• You will optimise suspension points, document the results and forward them
• You then allow the parts to cool in the cooling zone and subsequently carry out the unmasking, removal from hangers, packaging and order picking in accordance with the work order and job – including labelling where necessary
• You carry out a visual inspection and measure the specified film thickness, then save the recorded values in the measuring device
• You report all completed orders back to SAP

• You have many years’ experience as a car painter (m/f/d), painter (m/f/d) or powder coater (m/f/d); ideally, this is complemented by a completed apprenticeship as a vehicle painter (m/f/d)
• you have professional experience in surface coating
• You are characterised by your manual dexterity and skill
• You also have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
