Job description

  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of product specifications and for overseeing the entire development process in the field of modern vehicle systems
  • You will also be responsible for the application and maintenance of systems engineering tools such as DOORS and Enterprise Architect
  • You will also oversee the further development of complex networks and the associated hardware and software for sophisticated system architectures
  • Coordinating technical details with internal and external contacts is also one of your key day-to-day tasks
  • As part of your role, you will support timely reporting on budgeting, cost trends, adherence to schedules and quality requirements

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Systems Engineering (m/f/d), Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d) or Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)
  • you also have several years’ solid practical professional experience in a comparable role within modern vehicle systems development
  • You stand out thanks to your confident use of common PDM systems such as Teamcenter and MS Office
  • Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, round off your profile
  • Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility, a strong focus on finding solutions and familiarity with structured development processes
  • Finally, you are an excellent team player and always work with complete precision and without errors, even under high time pressure
  • To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
