Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive preparation and regular updating of all relevant verification and validation documents, such as the Verification Cross-Reference Matrix for complex systems
  • You will also be responsible for the detailed planning and clear definition of all verification and validation activities for all assigned assemblies, subsystems and complete systems
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the independent validation of the entire vehicle system and ensure compliance with all agreed customer specifications in consultation with the relevant contacts
  • Actively contributing to the precise definition of technical requirements for various system elements and sub-components is also part of your daily duties
  • As part of your role, you will support the presentation of all work results to the project team and carry out targeted risk assessments for the respective vehicle programme
  • Furthermore, you will support ongoing coordination with interdisciplinary development teams to ensure reliable quality assurance of all safety standards throughout the entire course of the project


Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline

  • Your confident use of the DOORS requirements management system, along with basic skills as a systems engineer, are key strengths of yours
