• You will monitor intralogistics processes, the flow of materials and automated systems (e.g. high-bay warehouses, conveyor systems) in real time
• you plan personnel and technical resources proactively to ensure smooth and cost-effective shift operations
• you work closely with the operational warehouse management, dispatch, sales and the planning team
• You will lead and develop a team of approximately 10 staff members, including shift planning, feedback, training and performance management
• In the event of technical or process-related bottlenecks and system failures, you will quickly identify and coordinate solutions in collaboration with maintenance and IT
• You will continuously analyse key performance indicators (KPIs such as throughput, utilisation and error rates) and derive measures to improve efficiency

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) with further training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), or hold a degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• you have gained 3–5 years’ professional experience in intralogistics, logistics planning or supply chain management
• you also have some management experience or demonstrable experience in a leadership role
• you are confident using MS Office and the SAP system
• you have excellent written and spoken German and English
• strong communication skills, assertiveness and organisational skills are your strengths
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
