• You will work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• You will also enter incoming orders into the ERP system
• In addition, you will create delivery notes, invoices and dispatch documents in the ERP system
• Your duties also include packing and preparing products for dispatch
• You will be responsible for handling goods receipt and processing incoming goods
• Last but not least, you will take care of storing finished products

• Prior experience in stock management is desirable
• A medical background would also be an advantage for you
• You have a good command of German, and a good command of English is also desirable
• You are also proficient in using standard computer software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Furthermore, you hold a valid work permit
