• You receive goods, check them and process them into stock
• You store goods correctly and prepare them for dispatch
• You will prepare delivery documents and handle deliveries to customers
• During regular stock-takes, you will count stock, document discrepancies and report them
• You will assist with import and export processes and prepare the relevant goods movements and documentation
• When handling medicinal products, you will ensure compliance with quality standards
• You carefully repackage sensitive medicines and subsequently document the procedures
• You maintain records of goods movements and stock data on the computer and produce the relevant reports
• Where required, you will use a forklift truck to move goods within the warehouse, provided you are authorised to do so
• You will ensure the warehouse area is kept tidy and clean

• You have professional experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• You are confident using a computer, for example when maintaining stock records
• Ideally, you hold a forklift licence, although this is not essential
• You handle sensitive medicinal products and their documentation with care and a sense of responsibility
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit completes your profile
