• You receive incoming goods and check them for completeness and any visible transport damage
• In accordance with instructions, you store the goods in the correct storage locations
• You pick orders and prepare them for dispatch
• You pack and label the goods so they are ready for dispatch
• You load the goods carefully and securely
• You prepare delivery notes and transport documents and check them for accuracy
• During stock-takes and stock checks, you count and record stock levels
• you process returns and complaints and either restock the goods or forward them for clarification
• you ensure health and safety, order and cleanliness in the warehouse area at all times
