• You pick goods according to the order and label them as per the customer’s requirements
• You carry out a visual check on the picked goods to ensure the correct quantity and specifications
• You pack the picked goods ready for dispatch
• You complete dispatch notes with the relevant dispatch details and provide instructions on how to maintain the dispatch data
• When receiving goods and spare parts from production and the goods-in department, you check that they are correct and complete against the accompanying documents
• You check delivered goods and materials for quantity and correct specification
• You record receipts and dispatches in proALPHA
• In the event of delivery defects or quantity discrepancies, you inform the Purchasing department

• Experience in a warehouse, goods reception or dispatch is an advantage
• You are confident using MS Office products and ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You work reliably and independently
• You demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team in your day-to-day interactions
• You are physically resilient
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
