• You will receive goods, check them for completeness and quality and store them correctly
• You will take care of picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• You will also maintain the stocks in SAP, record goods movements and keep data up to date
• You will carry out inventories, book material movements and report deviations
• coordinate internal transport and optimise warehouse processes
• enter warehouse data in SAP, create and document key figures
• are responsible for compliance with safety and environmental standards and checking goods for damage
• work closely with Purchasing, Production and Sales and support new colleagues:inside

• A completed commercial apprenticeship e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), a comparable qualification or further training
• Experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage for you
• You are familiar with logistical activities and processes
• Furthermore, you have SAP knowledge (MM or EWM), ideally also SAP/S4Hana knowledge
• you are confident in using IT systems and MS Office, especially Excel
