• You will receive goods, unload them and check them for completeness and damage
• You then store the goods and manage the storage locations
• You pick orders and prepare the goods for dispatch
• You pack and label goods and prepare the relevant dispatch documents
• When loading and unloading lorries and containers, you secure the load correctly
• You will transport goods safely within the warehouse using industrial trucks such as forklifts and pallet trucks
• You will record stock levels in the warehouse management system using a handheld scanner
• You will assist with stock-takes and check stock levels
• You keep the warehouse clean and tidy and ensure that aisles and escape routes remain clear
• You report damaged or incorrect goods, as well as any anomalies, to the relevant departments

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• In addition, practical experience of operating reach trucks and experience in loading and unloading lorries would be an advantage
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You are confident using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems, or can quickly familiarise yourself with such systems
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team are key strengths of yours
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
