• You will be responsible for the reliable organisation of the warehouse, as well as the efficient scheduling and the professional loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing lorries
• You will also be responsible for the proper administration and stock management of all required raw materials and will arrange necessary reorders in good time for the entire production area
• Furthermore, you will oversee the correct receipt of all incoming goods and ensure a smooth internal flow of materials through careful picking of outgoing goods
• The correct picking and loading of freight, in strict compliance with load securing requirements in accordance with VDI 2700a, is also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will support the timely posting of all stock data into the SAP ERP system and play an active part in regular stock-taking exercises
• Furthermore, you will help manage warehouse capacity by carrying out daily checks on silo stock levels, managing retained sample stocks and maintaining order
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse area and, where required, will flexibly assist in neighbouring departments

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ practical and administrative work experience in warehouse logistics and hold a valid forklift licence for industrial trucks
• you stand out thanks to your confident user skills in standard MS Office applications such as Excel, as well as practical experience in using SAP
• You are distinguished by your business-fluent command of written and spoken German, as well as a basic knowledge of English for communication purposes
• Furthermore, you bring a high sense of responsibility, strong teamwork skills and a willingness to work outdoors
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
• Finally, you are an independent individual, always work autonomously and value regular working hours from Monday to Friday
