• You will take orders over the phone and carefully record the key details
• Order processing, including data entry and documentation, is part of your daily duties
• You will collect the ordered goods from the warehouse using the order details
• When picking orders, you ensure that the goods are complete and correct
• You prepare the goods for dispatch and pack them professionally
• You will reliably prepare dispatch documents and delivery notes and check them for accuracy
• You will monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
• When storing and retrieving goods, you will also use a forklift, where available
• You will work closely with colleagues in the warehouse and dispatch departments to ensure processes run smoothly
• You ensure the warehouse area remains tidy and clean through regular checks

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or in a comparable role
• You have knowledge and experience in the field of warehouse logistics
• Ideally, you hold a forklift licence, though this is not essential
• You are friendly and communicative on the telephone, ensuring orders are taken correctly
• You have a good command of written and spoken German (at least level B2)
• A valid work permit is required
• You handle goods and order data with care and reliability
• You are a strong team player, as you will be working closely with colleagues in the warehouse and dispatch departments
