• You will post logistics processes and the flow of goods and information in SAP/R3 and the ERP system
• You will correct manual receipts and issues using adjustment entries to ensure the system is accurate
• You will accept internal goods receipts and post them both physically and in the system to the designated storage locations
• You will pick goods in accordance with production order logic and delivery notes, and ensure their timely availability for production and dispatch
• You process material requests from email enquiries and the logistics monitor in a timely manner
• You carefully prepare and check delivery documents, goods accompanying notes and delivery lists
• Where required, you assist in goods-in, with packaging and internal transport
• You will play an active role in process improvement measures and the annual stock take

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator specialising in logistics (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have practical experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the metalworking sector
• You have experience in order picking, internal material provision and dispatch processing
• You have also gained knowledge of posting goods movements, confirmations and internal posting processes in the ERP system
• You are confident in using SAP R/3, particularly the MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management) and/or PP (Production Planning)
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are reliable and a good team player
• A valid work permit completes your profile
