• You ensure that production runs smoothly across all departments and work closely with other areas of the company to achieve this
• Based on predefined tasks, you analyse issues and data, for example from SAP, customer complaints and transport records
• You will prepare the results of your analyses and coordinate them with the relevant interfaces or the organisational unit management
• You will draw up decision-making documents for the team or organisational unit management on specified issues
• In accordance with the specifications of the team or organisational unit management, you will draw up reports and maintain and update the relevant systems
• You will oversee the conduct of the company-wide stocktake and clarify the scope and timelines with all specialist departments in advance
• During the stock-take, you will work externally with the auditing firm
• You will oversee stock levels at the company’s sites and ensure their accuracy in the warehouse management system
• You will coordinate and manage external contractors during ongoing operations

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d),

Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d)

or a comparable qualification

• You have several years’ professional experience in logistics or a related field
• You have good to very good IT skills, particularly in SAP, Top Desk, SRM and Way
• You have a good grasp of basic German, both spoken and written
• You are a quick learner and can quickly find your way around even complex systemic issues
• Reliability and the ability to work well in a team are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
