• You will support the warehouse management team in leading, developing and motivating approximately 12 operational staff (with authority to issue instructions)
• You will oversee logistical processes in the day-to-day operations of production logistics
• You will help organise the optimal flow of materials, from goods receipt through storage to production supply and dispatch
• You will coordinate the upkeep and maintenance of industrial trucks and warehouse equipment in the newly constructed warehouse (including racking, warehouse lifts, mobile racking systems, mobile workstations and data collection devices)
• You will support stock monitoring as well as the planning and execution of periodic stock-takes
• You will comply with statutory regulations and operational instructions, and help to develop them further
• You will implement measures to improve health and safety at work and ensure quality assurance

• you have completed a vocational training programme as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• you have experience in leadership
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a car to get to your place of work
• You are reliable and a good team player
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
