• You manage stock levels of magazine and cleaning supplies, oils, greases and spare parts, and order them via
• You search for small items and supplies based on specific requirements
• You create requisition requests and process orders, tracking deadlines
• You process goods receipt and incoming goods in the relevant IT systems
• You assist with invoice verification
• You issue warehouse stock, spare parts, tools, workwear and PPE
• You carry out stock-taking

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ professional experience in the aforementioned field
• you are also confident in using IT systems, ideally SAP 4/HANA
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are reliable, a team player and able to work independently and in a structured manner
• A valid work permit for Germany completes your profile
