• You will contribute to the ongoing optimisation of warehouse logistics by working closely with the heads of Maintenance, Procurement, Finance and IT
• You will be responsible for maintaining material master data in the system and ensuring it remains up to date
• Using your specialist knowledge, you will analyse material movements and help determine the appropriate warehousing strategy in consultation with the Maintenance Management
• You will carry out regular stock-takes and also conduct spot checks during the year
• When handling the logistics of spare-part repairs, you will work with external service providers to ensure smooth operations
• You are also responsible for stock receipts and issues, and organise the flow of materials efficiently
• You handle goods receipt and inbound processing, manage department-specific order picking, and ensure collection for requesters
• Based on parts lists and similar specifications, you will assemble the materials required to process orders on time

• You have completed a vocational training programme in warehouse logistics or hold a comparable qualification, and ideally have some initial experience in the warehouse and logistics sector
• You are also technically proficient and have a good understanding of warehouse management systems and MS Office
• You have a good knowledge of SAP
• Working shifts is no problem for you
• You also have good organisational skills and can work in a structured manner even under pressure
