• You will carry out outgoing goods checks in accordance with Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and check the goods for completeness
• You will be responsible for the overall organisation of warehouse management, as well as administrative tasks in production
• You will check quantities and specifications against the purchase order and drawings
• You will register goods that are subject to complaint as a claim and process them accordingly
• You accept customer complaints using the designated complaint forms and forward them to the order processing team
• You record goods received in the ERP system
• You carry out outgoing goods checks against delivery notes and drawings, and then record the goods as dispatched in the inventory management system
• You pack the goods securely and correctly for dispatch
• You store and retrieve goods from the high-bay warehouse
• You use a forklift truck to load and unload lorries

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• In addition, experience of operating reach trucks and experience in loading and unloading lorries would be an advantage
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You have experience of working with ERP and inventory management systems
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are reliable and a good team player
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
