Dispatch and Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) Schalksmühle // Full-time (35–40 hours) // Permanent contract The role focuses on managing the dispatch process and warehouse logistics, including preparing accompanying documents, securing loads, receiving and dispatching goods, and carrying out stock-taking, within a 2- or 3-shift operation. Your responsibilities Dispatch management: You will handle dispatch, including the preparation of accompanying documents and load securing, to ensure smooth operations. Internal logistics: You will be responsible for the internal transport of parts, weighing, packing and labelling them, and preparing them for dispatch. Warehouse logistics: You will be responsible for goods receipt and dispatch, carrying out incoming and outgoing stock entries, managing container accounts and conducting stock-takes to ensure efficient warehouse management. Shift work: You will work in a flexible environment organised into 2- or 3-shift operations to support continuous operational flow.   Your profile Qualifications and experience: You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d) and have professional experience in the dispatch and logistics sector. Forklift licence: A valid forklift licence is required to carry out these duties. Independence and organisation: Your independent, self-directed approach to work, combined with your organisational skills, enables you to work efficiently and purposefully.
