• You will receive goods, check them and issue them in accordance with internal quality standards
• You will record goods receipts and issues in the SAP system and maintain general master data there
• You will prepare delivery notes and process goods-out entries as part of the dispatch process
• During stock-taking, you will check stock levels and ensure material availability
• You manage and plan consumables and operating supplies
• You monitor adhesives, check their stock levels and record them
• You organise hauliers and commission them to carry out transport
• You prepare and process all necessary dispatch and freight documents
• You manage and process finished goods stock
• You liaise closely with internal departments by telephone and email
• In day-to-day operations, you’ll provide support with administrative and logistical processes

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ professional experience in the warehousing and logistics sector
• You have knowledge of logistics, demand planning, stock management and customer service
• You also have experience operating reach trucks and experience in loading and unloading lorries are an advantage
• you hold a valid forklift licence
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• you demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• You also have a vehicle to get to the workplace
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team are strengths of yours
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
