• You will receive lorries carrying raw materials (e.g. waste paper) and auxiliary materials, unload them, and check the quantity and quality
• You will store paper products correctly, monitor stock levels and organise internal transport to the production facilities
• You will pick finished paper rolls and cardboard packaging, pack them ready for transport and load them onto lorries
• You will maintain stock levels in the system, reconcile stock data and carry out stock-takes
• You will prepare consignment notes and delivery documents and work closely with the production and logistics teams

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or have comparable commercial/technical training
• You have a basic understanding of customs clearance, dangerous goods regulations and health and safety
• a business-oriented understanding of stock management, stocktaking, requesting quotations and route planning will impress us
• you are confident in using warehouse management systems, ERP software and scanners
• You hold a valid forklift licence for internal transport
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• a Class B driving licence is an advantage
• you are characterised by a structured and meticulous approach to work, with a good overview of the flow of goods
• you are willing to work a two-shift system
