• You will be responsible for the technical and organisational management of the warehouse, as well as for leading and developing a team
• You will be responsible for planning and managing staff deployment, including task allocation, shift planning and holiday coordination
• You will ensure the timely supply of materials to production, whilst taking into account quality, availability and cost-effectiveness
• You are responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse processes
• The planning, coordination and execution of waste disposal logistics, as well as the organisation of stock levels in line with actual inventory, preparation and execution of stock-takes
• You will play a part in the further development, monitoring and optimisation of warehouse and logistics processes
• You will assist with the roll-out of the Dynamics 365 ERP system
• You will also ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and operational requirements
• Promoting a safe, structured and continuously improved way of working in the warehouse rounds off your role

• a completed apprenticeship in logistics, warehouse management or a comparable field, ideally with further training to become a Logistics Master (m/f/d), a qualification as a Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained several years’ professional experience in warehouse logistics, preferably in a manufacturing company, as well as in the technical or managerial supervision of staff
• you also have a good knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365
• your knowledge of health and safety, hazardous substance storage and stocktaking are a strong point in your favour
• you are naturally proficient in using standard MS Office applications
• knowledge of German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• you have a command of English (at least A2 level)
• You are characterised by your organisational skills, ability to work in a team, communication skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
