• You check goods received at the goods-in department for completeness and damage, and reconcile them with the delivery documents
• You determine the appropriate storage method according to professional criteria such as FIFO or LIFO and ensure optimal use of space
• You record goods receipts and stock movements in the merchandise management system and maintain the warehouse management system (WMS)
• In the goods dispatch department, you oversee order picking, packaging and the timely dispatch of goods to customers
• You prepare dispatch and export documents as well as invoices independently
• Working closely with the spare parts sales management team, you ensure the availability of materials
• You draw up duty and shift rosters and allocate warehouse staff (m/f/d) according to requirements
• You will conduct induction training, organise refresher courses (e.g. for forklift licences) and motivate your team

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in warehouse organisation as well as in goods receipt and dispatch
• You have knowledge of preparing dispatch and export documents as well as invoices
• You have experience in managing and organising warehouse staff (m/f/d) and are able to motivate a team
• You are familiar with health and safety and accident prevention regulations and implement them reliably
• Your profile includes a spoken command of German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and meticulous approach to your work
