• You will have overall operational responsibility for the entire warehouse organisation and for all downstream logistics processes at the Manching site
• You will also be responsible for the efficient management of goods receipt, storage, order picking and the timely dispatch of all goods
• You will also be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your team, including staff planning, induction and ongoing staff training
• Your responsibilities also include independently carrying out stock management and regular stock-takes, as well as ensuring compliance with all quality-related standards
• As part of your role, you will support the continuous optimisation of material flows and warehouse processes, as well as the systematic reduction of all logistics costs
• Furthermore, you will support the smooth running of operations by maintaining and making extensive use of modern ERP and WMS systems in your day-to-day work
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring order, health and safety, and compliance with statutory inspections, in close coordination with Production and Purchasing

• You have successfully completed further training as a Logistics Master (m/f/d) or a Certified Master in Rail Transport (m/f/d), building on an apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in warehouse logistics within a manufacturing company, as well as sound practical experience in targeted staff management
• Your strong knowledge of common ERP and WMS systems as well as MS Office, complemented by a forklift licence and a Class B driving licence, sets you apart
• You have native-level proficiency in German (C2/C1), both spoken and written, to ensure smooth communication with all internal stakeholders
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of leadership skills, organisational talent and a strong team spirit to the daily management of challenging logistics tasks
• Finally, you are assertive and always work entirely independently, in a structured manner and with a keen awareness of existing quality and safety standards
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
