• You will be responsible for the technical and organisational management of the warehouse, as well as for leading and developing a team
• to plan and manage staff deployment, including the allocation of tasks, shift planning and holiday coordination
• You will ensure the timely supply of materials to production, taking into account quality, availability and cost-effectiveness
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse processes
• Your remit also includes the planning, coordination and execution of waste disposal logistics, as well as the accurate organisation, preparation and conduct of stock-takes
• You will play an active role in the further development, monitoring and optimisation of warehouse and logistics processes
• You will also ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and company regulations
• Promoting a safe, structured and continuously improved way of working in the warehouse rounds off your role

• a completed apprenticeship in logistics, warehouse management or a comparable field, ideally with further training to become a Logistics Master (m/f/d), or as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have several years’ professional experience in warehouse logistics, preferably within a manufacturing company, as well as in the technical or managerial supervision of staff
• you also have a good knowledge of warehouse management systems
• your knowledge of health and safety, the storage of hazardous substances and stocktaking is a strong point in your favour
• you are naturally proficient in using standard MS Office applications
• You have a good command of both German and English
• A valid work permit is part of your profile
• You are characterised by your organisational skills, ability to work in a team, communication skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
