• You will coordinate and support the staff in your team and promote their professional development
• You will plan and manage staff deployment within your area of responsibility with a forward-looking approach
• You liaise closely with the other team coordinators and ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration
• You ensure efficient workflows and continuously optimise logistical processes
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards
• You process orders in the merchandise management system in accordance with customer specifications

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• you have at least 3 years’ professional experience in the logistics sector, ideally in the flowers and plants sector
• you have already gained some experience in coordinating staff
• you are confident using standard IT applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
