• You coordinate resources, staff and priorities during your shift and manage warehouse operations
• You ensure compliance with SOPs as well as quality, hygiene and safety standards throughout the warehouse
• You implement health and safety measures and check that they are being followed
• You ensure cleanliness, tidiness and hygienic conditions in all areas
• You monitor all goods movements from goods receipt through to preparation
• You ensure a smooth flow of materials and supply production with raw materials in line with the production plan
• You induction new staff, train your team and continuously develop their skills
• In the event of disruptions to day-to-day operations, you analyse the cause and actively resolve problems
• You check that documentation and entries in the ERP system (SAP) are carried out correctly
• You implement strategic guidelines and projects during your shift
