• You receive raw materials, goods and merchandise and check them for quantity, quality and transport damage
• In accordance with instructions, you will store the goods correctly, whilst observing any special requirements
• You will organise internal transport and operate warehouse and transport equipment such as forklift trucks
• You carefully pick orders and prepare them for dispatch
• You pack, load and dispatch goods, handling freight and parcel consignments
• You prepare dispatch, freight and delivery documents and coordinate these with courier services
• You record and maintain stock movements in the inventory management systems
• During stock-takes and routine stock checks, you count stock levels and reconcile them with the system
• You ensure your warehouse area is tidy and clean and comply with safety regulations

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d)
• You have experience in warehouse work as well as in picking, packing and loading goods
• You have experience in using stock management systems and recording stock movements
• You are confident in preparing dispatch, freight and delivery documents
• You are reliable and a good team player with strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and delivery service providers
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
