• You will take incoming customer orders by telephone and carefully enter all relevant order details directly into the IT system
• You will also process all incoming stock orders independently and check the accompanying delivery documents to ensure they are complete
• You will then professionally retrieve the required construction machinery parts from the shelves and store newly arrived materials in an organised manner
• You will pack all goods to be dispatched securely for transport and prepare them properly for upcoming dispatch
• You will also operate various industrial trucks safely when moving goods within the premises and transport materials to their storage locations
• Finally, you will actively assist with quality control of incoming goods and maintain close contact with customers

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) or Warehouse Operator (m/f/d)
• You also ideally have some initial practical experience in the field of warehouse logistics or materials handling
• You hold a valid forklift licence or are keen to obtain one whilst working for the company
• Furthermore, you have good to very good written and spoken German skills to ensure smooth communication
• You are characterised by strong teamwork skills, a high degree of reliability and a consistently goal-oriented and independent approach to your work
• To take up this position, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
