• You will reliably post logistics processes in SAP/R3
• You will actively support process improvement initiatives
• You will accurately post goods movements and information flows, particularly confirmation entries, in the SAP ERP system
• You carry out system clean-ups conscientiously by making adjustment entries for manual receipts and issues
• You process internal goods receipts and ensure that goods are physically and system-wise allocated to the designated storage locations
• You pick goods and ensure their timely availability for production and dispatch based on production order logic and delivery notes from the ERP system
• You reliably process material requests from email enquiries and the logistics monitor, for example in response to last-minute requests from fitters, you will handle reliably
• you will carefully prepare and check delivery documents, goods accompanying notes and delivery lists
• where required, you will assist in goods-in, with packing and internal transport
• you also play an active role in the annual stock-take by counting, reconciling and checking stock

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have practical experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the metalworking sector
• You are confident using SAP R/3, particularly the MM, WM and/or PP
• You excel in posting goods movements, confirmations and internal posting processes within the ERP system
• A good understanding of production and manufacturing logic is one of your strengths
• You are highly reliable and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility when handling materials and system data
• The ability to work well in a team, strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across departments round off your profile
