• You check incoming goods for completeness, quantity and visible transport damage
• You check the delivered goods against delivery notes and order documents
• You record and post goods receipts in the ABBAS stock management system
• You create goods receipt documents and maintain the associated data carefully
• You document and report any discrepancies, shortfalls and damage to the relevant departments
• You prepare the goods for storage or onward dispatch and label them in accordance with specifications
• You sort, check and file delivery notes and documents correctly
• If you have any queries, you liaise with the warehouse, purchasing and suppliers

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have experience in incoming goods inspection and recording incoming goods
• You are confident in using the ABBAS stock management programme
• You are characterised by a meticulous and structured approach to your work
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
