Mon–Thu: 07:45 – 16:30, Fri: 08:00 – 14:00

• You unload containers and process the delivered goods at the goods-in department
• During the identity check, you check incoming goods for accuracy and completeness
• You will record goods receipts promptly and accurately in the IT/ERP system
• You handle complaints and incorrect deliveries independently and liaise internally as required
• You store goods correctly and ensure the warehouse remains tidy and well-organised
• You pick items according to orders and prepare them for dispatch
• In the dispatch department, you pack goods ready for dispatch and prepare deliveries, including accompanying documents

• You have several years’ professional experience in a warehouse or, alternatively, have completed a vocational training programme as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d)
• You hold a valid forklift licence
• You have experience in goods receipt, for example in checking identification, entering data into the IT system and handling complaints and incorrect deliveries
• You are confident using MS Office and an ERP system; knowledge of Business Central is a major plus
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
• A valid work permit is required
