Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• you will assist with the management of stock levels for raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods
• You’ll ensure materials are stored correctly and are available when needed
• You’ll load and unload liquid and solid raw materials, including as part of chocolate filling and loading operations
• You will receive incoming materials, such as silo lorries and palletised goods, check them for completeness and quality, and record the goods received in the relevant systems
• You will assist with cycle counts, stock-takes and internal audits in the warehouse area
• You will make materials available to production and maintenance teams and liaise closely with neighbouring departments
• You will use mobile devices and data systems to record stock movements
• You will comply with safety guidelines and ensure a clean, safe working environment

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in a warehouse, logistics or production environment would be an advantage
• You are experienced in working safely on lorries and handling silo vehicles or palletised goods
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are an advantage
• You are available to work shifts in a three-shift system, including at weekends
• You are physically fit, particularly when lifting loads of up to 25 kg and carrying out tasks that involve standing or bending
• You have a meticulous and reliable approach to stock management and documentation
• Your teamwork and communication skills will help you coordinate with neighbouring departments
