Your responsibilities

• You’ll prepare dispatch orders for specific country groups and process them in accordance with customer requirements, internal procedures and KPIs
• You maintain data and create dispatch documents in the ERP systems
• You create and edit export documents in the Atlas system
• Together with freight forwarders, you will draw up and update dispatch plans for road, sea and air freight
• You will plan loading times and identify the optimal loading configuration

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), a foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have professional experience in the field of exports, shipping or customs clearance
• You are confident in using SAP and other ERP systems
• Basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You are characterised by a meticulous and structured approach to your work
• You possess organisational skills when planning dispatch processes
• Strong communication skills when dealing with freight forwarders and internal departments come naturally to you
