• You will optimise warehouse organisation and ensure clearly structured storage locations and efficient processes
• You will prepare for stock-taking by checking stock levels, organising storage areas and preparing count sheets
• You will support the migration to SAP S/4HANA by checking, reconciling and maintaining master and stock data
• You will accept goods received, check them for quantity and quality, and store them correctly
• You record goods movements such as stock receipts, transfers and stock removals using the system and ensure stock levels are accurate
• You resolve stock discrepancies and document deviations in a traceable manner
• You pick goods, prepare deliveries for dispatch and correctly label storage locations and goods
• You transport materials within the premises using industrial trucks and maintain order and safety in the warehouse

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained some initial experience in warehouse organisation and stock management
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are reliable and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate clearly and effectively
