• Your day-to-day tasks will include documenting building material procurement, ensuring that all information is recorded fully and accurately
• When responding to enquiries and emails, you will ensure that you provide prompt and reliable support to customers and internal departments
• When handling complaints, you ensure a structured approach and document all relevant steps in a way that is easy to follow
• When carrying out general office tasks such as correspondence and data maintenance, you demonstrate your attention to detail and help to ensure that processes run smoothly

• You must have completed your school education, which will provide you with a solid foundation for your duties
• Ideally, you will have professional experience in a sorting plant or in the waste management sector, which will make it much easier for you to settle into the role
• Your expertise in health and safety means you bring valuable knowledge to your day-to-day work
• Your technical understanding makes your work easier and enables you to grasp the bigger picture quickly
• You are reliable, meticulous and a team player, and ensure that you carry out tasks in a structured and responsible manner
